How to find the Outpatient Surgery Center

As you arrive on the campus of Community Hospital, follow the signs for “Outpatient Surgery.” You’ll come to an area for valet parking, which is available from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you choose to park your car yourself or you’re dropping someone off, continue to take the driveway past the valet parking area and the Comprehensive Cancer Center entrance. You’ll come to the surgery center’s dedicated parking garage.

After exiting your vehicle, enter through the sliding glass doors. Check in right away at the outpatient surgery registration desk. Once registered, take the elevator (to the right, inside the glass doors) to the main floor. Once off the elevator, take a left and check-in at the OPSC front desk.

Advanced care, expert team

Rely on our team to use the latest technology to perform your diagnostic procedure or treatment. You may visit us for skilled care of almost any area of your body, as well as anesthesia to prevent pain and sedation to relax you before surgery.

Your procedure will take place in a large, well-equipped operating room (OR). If you receive endoscopy (a minimally invasive way to test or treat digestive problems), you’ll appreciate our dedicated endoscopy suites reserved for patients like you.

Explore specific outpatient procedures we perform, all of which allow you to return home the same day. Your care will cost less than it would with a hospital stay, and you’ll spend most of your time recovering in the comfort of home.

Read how we help you prepare for surgery, what to expect the day of your procedure, and our tips for safely recovering afterward.

Enjoy a soothing environment

As you or your loved ones wait in the OPSC, enjoy peaceful, beautiful views. You’ll feel more at ease among the lush forests and gardens surrounding our hospital.
